Bacteria Growing Kit I

Description

Grow your own bacteria! Kit includes Agar powder, 2x plastic Petri dishes, a swab and instructions. With the kit you can prepare two plates. You will have to add a nutrient (e.g. chicken stock powder/block; available from any grocery store) for the bacteria to feed on. Bacteria should become visible to the naked eye (or magnifying glass) after about one week (depending on temperature, humidity etc). Ages 12&up with adult supervision.
