Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Ownership of all goods supplied remains vested in Experilab until payment is made in full.

1. SHIPPING (South Africa only)

All orders are usually shipped within one working day from confirmation of order, subject to availability of stock and receipt of payment. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once the order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment including any tracking information if applicable.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO DELIVERIES WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the street address and postal supplied by you. Any errors in the calculation of the shipping fee due to the supply of an incorrect postal code, will be for your account.

Three options may be selected for delivery of items:

  • Courier Delivery via The Courier Guy (countrywide)
  • Collection from our shop at 20 Regency Dr, Route 21 Business Park, Centurion, 0178.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside South Africa)
We do not send parcels across borders. You will have to organise collection from us (e.g. by international courier).

2. RETURNS

Faulty equipment is to be returned to Experilab offices at 20 Regency Dr, Route 21 Business Park, Centurion, 0178.

All items need to be inspected within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Any broken or incorrectly delivered items must be reported telephonically or via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Please ensure that you receive confirmation from us.

In the case of broken or damaged items, please send photos of the packaging and broken/damaged items to support a possible insurance claim. Items will be replaced free of charges or refunded should a successful claim be processed. Items valued at less than the shipping costs, will be considered for refunding only. If the value is more than the shipping costs, the customer will be given the option to decide if they want a refund or have the item replaced.

If items are returned within 48 hours from purchase unopened, a credit will be passed. We will issue you with the return delivery address. Upon receipt the item will be inspected and if it is still in its original sealed packaging we will refund your money less 20% handling fee. Shipping fees incurred in the processing of the order are not refundable.

3. CANCELLATIONS

We will accept cancellations on orders still pending but if we have incurred costs these will be passed on to you. Any cancellations during processing will be subject to a 20% handling fee.

Experilab shall not be liable for any loss of profits or any damage, direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise sustained by the purchaser whether or not caused by the negligence of the seller, its agents or employees.

Interest will accrue on overdue amounts.
