1. Courier Delivery
Cities and most towns countrywide (please ensure that you use the correct STREET postal code for your address). Maximum parcel size is 30kg. If your parcel is over 30kg, we will contact you with a quotation for delivery.

YOUR ADDRESS MUST BE SEARCHABLE ON GOOGLE MAPS FOR US TO BOOK THE DELIVERY!

2. In-store Collection

3. Contact Details
A contact number MUST be supplied for all courier deliveries. If no number is supplied, any failed delivery linked to the fact that you could not be contacted at the time of the delivery, will incur a surcharge of R250 for which you will be liable.

4. Courier Delivery Limitation
Our couriers do not deliver to farms or remote townships. Please provide an alternative address.

5. Remote Areas Courier Delivery
Delivery to some remote towns or high risk areas have an extra fee which will only be added AFTER ordering. Your parcel will not be sent unless this amount has been paid.

6. Important Notice
You will be liable for mistakes made in supplying your correct ADDRESS and STREET POSTAL CODE!
