How To Order
- Select the category e.g. Labware & Chemicals by clicking on the category name.
- Select the sub-category e.g. Glassware by clicking on the sub-category name.
- Select the product e.g. Beaker 400ml by clicking on the product name or product image.
- Select the quantity that you require in the quantity selector block and click on “Add to Basket”. Your product with the required quantity will now be added to the Cart.
- When you have all the products added to your cart you wish to purchase, click on Cart icon (top right of the web page). Please note there is a minimum order amount of R100.00 (excluding shipping).
- On the cart page your can review the products and quantities and make the necessary adjustments to your purchase. On the cart page you can also click on calculate shipping to add the shipping costs to your shipping. You can also enter any store credit or coupon code by entering the Coupon code and clicking “Apply Coupon”. You can now proceed to click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
- If you are a returning customer, complete in your username and password and click on “Click here to login” and your personal details, address and shipping details will be pre-populated when completing your checkout.
- If you are a new customer, you will be prompted to complete your details and select a username.
- Now select your shipping method and payment method. Please ensure that you select Courier Guy shipping if you would like your order to be shipped to you via courier.
- Once all your details are completed, shipping options and payment method is selected, click on “Place Order” (at the bottom right of the page).
- Your Order Number and order details will be displayed on the Order Confirmation page.
- Only now will you receive an e-mail message showing the invoice and banking details – if no banking details are shown, you selected the store pickup payment method. Contact us to receive the banking details if you wish to receive the banking details before collecting your order.
- Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive a Welcome Message (after registering) or Order Confirmation Message (after completing an order) within a few minutes.
- You can contact us via phone or e-mail to request that any of these messages be resent.
